continuing on with the "joy" theme today- it reminds me of retreats when we used to sing "I've got joy,joy, joy, joy down in my heart! (Where?)down in my heart..."
as we get older, one function of life is that it becomes more complicated and, perhaps, less joyous. i suppose this is an important part of growing up. but, i think it is important to find that joy and to live it. i am blessed and today i will remember that.
